HapiTech HapiTech Report
What it does

Statutory inspection software

LOLER, PUWER and PSSR inspections — done on a phone, reported without the paper trail.

Engineers work through each item one question at a time, with photos and signatures captured on site. The office sees it live, and clients open the finished report from the tag on the equipment.

One register, three duties

The regulations your records have to stand up to.

LOLER

Lifting equipment and accessories — thorough examinations, with the statutory particulars on the report and serious defects flagged for notification.

PUWER

Work equipment — inspections of condition and safe use, with severity recorded in the regulation's own terms.

PSSR

Pressure systems — written-scheme reports and imminent-danger reports, each with its own statutory deadline.

For the engineer, on site

  • 1.

One question at a time. The flow branches on the answers, so nothing is asked that isn't relevant to that piece of equipment.

  • 2.

Photos and signatures on the spot. Proof is attached at the point of inspection, not stitched together back at the office.

  • 3.

Saved as you go. Lose signal or close the app and the work picks up exactly where it was left.

For the office

  • A.

Live visibility. Clients, sites, the equipment register, contracts and job scheduling — and an overview of what's due, what's overdue and how the team is doing.

  • B.

Defects and notifications. Severity recorded in the regulation's own terms, and authority-notification duties called out so a serious finding isn't lost in a filing tray.

  • C.

A report at the end. Per-item PDFs and a consolidated package, delivered by link, QR code or email — and every action recorded in the audit trail.

How a job runs

From booking to the finished report.

01 · BOOK

Schedule the work

Book against a contract or as an adhoc job, assign your engineers, and give each visit a time slot.

02 · INSPECT

Work it on site

The engineer answers the guided flow on their phone, raises defects as they're found, and signs off the job with the customer.

03 · REPORT

Get the report out

A report is generated for each item and as a package. The client opens it from a secure link or the QR on the equipment.

HapiTech Report is in alpha with invited inspection companies.
